About Us
Long Point Camp & Conference Center
is centrally located in the scenic Finger Lakes Region of New York State and operates year-round. Long Point Camp was founded by The Salvation Army in the mid-1950’s and boasts 138 acres of wooded hills, farmland and shoreline on the western side of Seneca Lake, just off Route 14 near Penn Yan. Our camp is licensed by the New York State Department of Health.
Long Point Camp is equipped with a gymnasium, administration building, waterfront and boating area, swimming pool, gaga pit, playground, dining hall, campfire circle, chapel and staff facilities. Each camping session welcomes approximately 190 children.
Children range in age from 6 to 12 years, with the exception of Teen Camp (age 13-17) and Music camp.
